Murasaki- type sweet potatoes are a Japanese type sweet potato with deep purple skin and creamy white flesh. They are medium to large, elongated, and somewhat bulbous, and have a starchy texture and a slightly dry flesh. Murasaki sweet potatoes have a sweet, nutty flavor and are high in nutrients, including vitamin A, vitamin C, dietary fiber, potassium, iron, calcium, protein, and amino acids.  Available in 1/2 gallon pots.  These will grow well in ground or in grow bags. Limited quanties available.
